Safeguarding and reporting

If a linked resource appears inappropriate, unsafe, misleading or unexpectedly asks a child for personal information, close it and use Needs improvement → Safeguarding concern. Safeguarding reports enter the highest-priority private review queue.

Do not include a child’s name, school, contact details or other identifying information in feedback. For an immediate risk to a child, contact the appropriate emergency or safeguarding service.
