2026 results only

Raw mark to scaled score

Use this only with the complete official 2026 test for the selected subject. The conversion changes each year, so a 2024 or 2025 raw mark must use that year's table instead.

What 100 means: a scaled score from 100 to 120 means the expected standard was met in that test. It is not a diagnosis, predicted GCSE grade or judgement about the whole child.

Check the official 2026 scaled-score tables · Last checked 22 August 2026.

A calm practice-session order

  1. Open the paper bundle and read its home-use notes before printing.
  2. Run one paper under the published timing only when the child is ready; untimed practice is useful while methods are still being learned.
  3. Use the official mark scheme after the attempt. Record which question types were missed, not only the total.
  4. For a 2026 complete subject test, convert the total raw mark above. Do not convert an individual maths paper or TheLearnDen's original arithmetic generator.
  5. Choose one next topic, practise it briefly, then return to a full paper later.

Questions

Are these official SATs papers?

Yes. Every test file, answer booklet, administration guide and mark scheme linked here is hosted by GOV.UK and published by the Standards and Testing Agency. TheLearnDen organises the links but does not reproduce the papers.

Can I reuse the reading passages?

Do not assume so. Reading booklets can contain third-party text and illustrations. Check the visible reuse status and the official copyright report beside the paper before copying or republishing anything.

Is this a GCSE grade-boundary calculator?

No. KS2 scaled scores use a national 80–120 reporting scale. GCSE grades involve awarding bodies, specifications, tiers and exam series, so this tool does not estimate or convert GCSE grades.

Why is there only a 2026 converter?

The converter uses the published 2026 tables exactly. Raw-score boundaries differ between years, so the page deliberately refuses to apply the 2026 conversion to earlier papers.
